Lisa plays a vital role in leading LANE4’s management division, ensuring seamless and profitable operations for the company’s portfolio of nearly 3 million SF across Kansas City including retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties. She oversees every facet of the management team including support of property managers, accounting, construction management, marketing, and operations. Her hands-on, highly responsive approach empowers the management team to consistently deliver exceptional service to asset managers, owners, and tenants. As a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with extensive industry experience, Lisa offers a full range of professional real estate management services, and the expertise to maximize property value.
Alongside LANE4's ownership group, Lisa helps identify and advance the long-term goals of the company, ensuring profitability and spearheading hiring strategies, budget forecasting, business development, and human resources.
Lisa joined LANE4 Property Group in 2010 as a Property Manager and has since played key roles in the management and redevelopment of the company’s most notable properties, including Hawthorne Plaza, 39Rainbow, Red Bridge Shopping Center, State Line Shopping Center, Corinth Square, the Shops of Prairie Village, and Fairway Shops. Prior to LANE4, Lisa was a Property Manager and broker for Corporate Woods, one of the largest and most premier office parks in the Midwest.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and her growing family.
