Project Manager
Mark joined LANE4 in 2022 bringing over 15 years of strategic program oversight and project management experience in the public sector. He’s been a member of the Kansas Army National Guard for nearly a decade, and currently serves an Engineer Officer. Throughout his career, he’s held a wide range of positions ranging from Transit Program Analyst to Project Manager. With a variety of civic experience, his expertise adds value to multiple facets of the company, particularly in public funded projects.
Most recently, Mark served as a Project Manager for the Johnson County Park & Recreation District, where he facilitated the Capital Replacement Program totaling $3M. As JCPRD’s Licensed General Contractor, he oversaw projects up to $1.3M beginning in the RFP phase through the design and construction process.
As Project Manager at LANE4, Mark works closely with the Director of Design and Construction and the Management and Brokerage Team to ensure quality development projects. He manages a full portfolio of LANE4’s projects, supporting construction related activities at existing properties.
