Project Manager

Mark joined LANE4 in 2022 bringing over 15 years of strategic program oversight and project management experience in the public sector. He has been a member of the Kansas Army National Guard for nearly a decade, and currently serves an Engineer Officer. With a variety of civic experience, his expertise adds value to multiple facets of the company, particularly in public funded projects.

As Project Manager at LANE4, Mark works closely with project ownership and LANE4’s Management and Brokerage Team to ensure quality development projects. He manages a full portfolio of LANE4’s current development projects, and assists in construction related tenant activities at existing properties. He is heavily involved in the Olathe Downtown Library project and several other projects that are still in planning phases.

Most recently, Mark served as a Project Manager for the Johnson County Park & Recreation District (JCPRD), where he facilitated the Capital Replacement Program totaling $3M. As JCPRD’s Licensed General Contractor, he oversaw projects up to $1.3M starting in the RFP phase through the design and construction process.
