Mark joined LANE4 in 2022 bringing over 15 years of strategic program oversight and project management experience in the public sector. He has been a member of the Kansas Army National Guard for over a decade and currently serves as Engineer Officer. With a variety of civic experiences, his expertise adds extensive value to LANE4’s developments with public-private partnerships, specifically those with complex regulatory and procurement requirements.
Whether it’s a renovation or ground up development, Mark works closely with project ownership and stakeholders to ensure value management throughout the project’s lifecycle. Most recently, Mark provided owner’s representative services for the $25 million Olathe Downtown Library and is actively involved in the $44 million Green Street project in Downtown Lee’s Summit, and several other projects still in planning phases. Mark also manages a full portfolio of LANE4’s current development projects and assists in tenant construction improvements with the management team.
Before joining LANE4, Mark was a Project Manager for the Johnson County Park & Recreation District (JCPRD), where he facilitated the Capital Replacement Program totaling $3 million. As JCPRD’s Licensed General Contractor, he oversaw projects up to $1.3 million starting in the RFP phase through design and construction processes.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys mountain biking and exploring the outdoors with his family and dog.
