Property Accountant
Travis joined LANE4 in 2022 as Property Accountant, bringing invaluable commercial real estate experience to the Management Team. His accounting and operational experience spans various industries including healthcare, civic, and technology. Most recently Travis spent time at the highly regarded NorthPoint Development, in their Kansas City headquarters office. As a Real Estate Development Accountant, he oversaw NorthPoint’s construction budgets, reviewed legal agreements, assisted in investor distributions, and managed other daily accounting duties for projects spanning the west coast in Salt Lake City, Sacramento, and Seattle.
With a wide range of industry experience, Travis has proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills for all clients and properties. As Property Accountant at LANE4, Travis is responsible for accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and preparation of financial statements for over 820,000 SF of retail properties throughout Kansas City.
