Travis joined LANE4 in 2022 as Property Accountant and transitioned to Senior Property Accountant in 2024. On a day-to-day basis, Travis brings invaluable commercial real estate accounting and operational experience to the management team. He leads accounting functions for over 1,000,000 SF of LANE4’s retail and office properties including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and preparation of financial statements.
Prior to joining LANE4, Travis was a Real Estate Development Accountant with North Point Development where he oversaw construction budgets, reviewed legal agreements, assisted in investor distributions, and managed daily accounting duties for projects in major west coast cities.
Travis grew up outside of Madison, Wisconsin, and is an avid Wisconsin sports fan. When he’s not watching sports, Travis enjoys trying new restaurants and cocktail bars across the city and taking his dog to the dog park.
