Throughout his career, Brandon Buckley has served in several facets of the commercial real estate industry including, development, owner’s representation, retail tenant expansion, landlord representation, asset management, property management, and concept development. Brandon joined LANE4 in 2009 and currently serves as Vice President with a focus on new development and investment opportunities. Brandon has vast development experience in both ground-up and renovations of existing assets. As the developer of Red Bridge Shopping Center, Brandon effectively managed the preferences of the city, local stakeholders, community, and prospective tenants to create a final result that has become the heart of the South Kansas City community. Brandon has also played a lead role in the redevelopment of Santa Fe Shopping Center in Olathe, KS; the Downtown Olathe Library in Olathe, KS; Cedar Tree Marketplace in Belton, MO; and two multi-tenant buildings at Market Pointe in Papillion, NE. Some notable landlord municipality and retailers Brandon has represented include the City of Lee’s Summit, the City of Olathe, Top Golf, Associated Wholesale Grocers (AWG), Cosentino Grocery Markets, Walmart, JCPenney, Parlor, and Snooze AM Eatery.
