Having worn many hats and played vital roles in LANE4’s most notable projects, Brandon brings a competitive and full picture approach to the company’s development and brokerage strategy. Since 2012, Brandon has led the development of approximately $150 million of completed or ongoing projects. Several include Green Street (Lee’s Summit, MO), Red Bridge Shopping Center (Kansas City, MO), Cedar Tree Shopping Center (Belton, MO), Santa Fe Square (Olathe, KS), Downtown Olathe Library (Olathe, KS), and several Walmart Neighborhood Markets in St. Louis.
Beyond development, Brandon’s expertise spans public-private partnerships, community engagement, asset management, concept development, owner’s representation, tenant expansion, landlord representation, and property management. He has completed brokerage transactions totaling approximately $200 million and is the Asset Manager for approximately $70 million in commercial properties across Kansas City.
Some notable landlord municipalities and retailers Brandon has represented include the City of Lee’s Summit, the City of Olathe, Top Golf, Parlor, Walmart Neighborhood Market, JCPenney, and Snooze AM Eatery.
Brandon joined LANE4 in 2009 and became a partner in the firm in 2023. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys his role on the board of directors of Wonderscope Children’s museum, traveling, and staying active. Above all else he enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
