Jason joined LANE4 in 2022 as Senior Accounting Manager, then transitioned to Controller several months later. With almost two decades of knowledge in investment financing and real estate tax, Jason oversees investor distributions, deal analysis, banking administration, and full cycle accounting systems for LANE4’s property portfolio, spanning over 1,500,000 SF. In both internal corporate accounting and third-party assignments, Jason streamlines LANE4’s accounting systems and operations for complete, precise, and intelligent results.
Jason has built a strong career in the Kansas City CRE industry, working with notable companies including Copaken Brooks, Overland Property Group, and Yarco. Before LANE4, Jason was a Senior Client Accountant at Cushman Wakefield where he led a team and managed daily accounting operations.
Jason currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City CCIM Chapter where he works closely with candidates pursuing their CCIM designation.
Outside of work, Jason is an avid Royals and Chiefs fan and enjoys spending time with his family, a hearty brunch, and traveling.
